Shmuel (Doron Ben-David) e Jacob (Imri Biton) são dois irmãos que vieram de uma pobre família judia. Quando cresceram, tomaram rumos diferentes. Shmuel passou a ser mais devoto à religião ortodoxa e Jacob se tornou cristão e líder do Judaísmo Messiânico, espalhando a palavra de Jesus. Shmuel e a comunidade ortodoxa passaram a considerar Jacob um missionário radical e o acusaram de corromper as almas judias da região. Os problemas entre eles se tornam piores a ponto de Shmuel tentar matar Jacob.
