Terms of Service
Last updated 23 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and eplayer ("we", "us") covering eplayer.live, the ePlayer apps and any subscription you buy from us or from one of our dealers. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don't, don't use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you're under 18, an adult must agree to these terms on your behalf.
- Give accurate details when you register, and keep your password to yourself. Everything done under your account is your responsibility.
- Tell us at support@eplayer.live if you think someone else has your credentials, and we'll revoke the active sessions.
Subscriptions and payment
- A subscription runs for the period you paid for and gives access to the catalogue for that period. It does not renew automatically — when it expires, access stops until you pay again.
- Payment today is by bank transfer or crypto, confirmed by us manually. Access starts once we've confirmed the payment, which is usually the same day and never longer than 48 hours.
- Prices are shown before you pay, and a price change never affects a period you've already paid for.
- If you bought through a dealer or reseller, they take the payment and handle your billing questions; these terms still govern how you use the service.
Refunds
If the service doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund the unused part of the period. We don't refund a period you've used, and we don't refund an account we've closed for breaking these terms.
How you may use the service
Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to stream to the number of devices your plan allows, for your own private viewing. You may not:
- Share, sell or sublicense your account, or use it for a public, commercial or communal screening.
- Record, download, redistribute or re-stream anything from the service, or make it available on another platform.
- Circumvent any access control, rate limit, geographic restriction or signed playback URL, or reverse-engineer the apps.
- Scrape the catalogue in bulk, or run automated load against our servers beyond ordinary use.
Breaking these is grounds for us to suspend or close the account without a refund.
Content
The catalogue changes: titles are added and removed, and availability differs by country. We don't guarantee that a particular title stays available, and nothing on the site is a promise that it will. Catalogue information — titles, artwork, synopses and ratings — belongs to its respective owners.
Your own sources
Where the apps let you add your own playlist or stream, you are responsible for what you add and for having the right to watch it. We store the link, not the video, and we don't review or endorse those streams.
Copyright
If you believe something on eplayer infringes your copyright, write to legal@eplayer.live with the work concerned, where it appears on the service, your contact details, and a statement that you're the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We act on valid notices and remove or disable the material.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Playback quality depends on your connection and device. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we'll give notice where a change materially reduces what you paid for.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, to the extent the law where you live allows. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or where we're required to by law — with notice, unless the circumstances don't allow it.
Privacy
What we collect and how to have it deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, the date above changes and, for signed-in users, we'll say so in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction — without taking away any protection the law of your own country of residence gives you.
