Star Cinema presents "Nagsimula sa Puso": Celina (Hilda Koronel), a young college professor, falls in love with one of her students, Carlo (Richard Gomez). When her mother (Armida Siguion-Reyna) finds out, she's not happy about it and seeks ways to end their relationship. When Carlo ends up in jail, his first instinct is to find Celina, the love of his life.
