Two love stories in one restored and remastered movie! The first, "One Love", revolves around campus queen Jackie (Heart Evangelista) and her love-hate relationship with schoolmate Che (John Prats). The second, "Two Hearts" is about a star soccer player with a heart problem, Enzo (John Lloyd Cruz), who receives a heart transplant from the late ex-boyfriend of Bianca (Bea Alonzo).
