Manchalo Ki Masti is a story of Six friends living in a town for work and study found an orphaned boy during a trip and decided to adopt him, giving him a new family. One day, the boy fainted, and doctors diagnosed him with a critical illness requiring expensive treatment. Unable to afford the costs, the group considered kidnapping a wealthy person for ransom but abandoned the plan when a kind woman, Aisha, offered to cover the expenses. Her generosity brought hope and saved the boy's life. Over time, Aisha and Siddharth, the group's leader, developed a deep bond, and their love story blossomed amidst the challenges.
